Reservations & Arrangements… All balloon flights are subject based on availability of balloon, pilot and weather conditions. To make arrangements, you may order online by clicking here, calling (203) 910-4955, emailing your information on our Reservations Page. We suggest you make reservations for our flights one to two weeks in advance, however we will do our best to accommodate your party on shorter notice. With sufficient notice given we can accommodate parties of any size with many balloons. Reservations are accepted on day of the flight with credit card guarantee if space is available. For order that are NOT made online a deposit of $100.00 per person is required to hold your reservation, the balance payable by personal check, credit card, or cash the day of the flight. Full refunds are made if written notice is received within 10 days prior to your scheduled flight or if the weather is unsuitable the day of the flight and you chose not reschedule. Cancellations on the day of the flight or no-shows will not receive a refund and will be billed in full for the price of the charter. You have the option for a full refund if we cancel the flight for any reason. The deposit is also transferable to another date with proper notification or in the event of unfavorable weather conditions the day of your flight. We reserve the right to fill any empty spaces unless your flight is a Private Charter. Conditions: Passengers are required to call us between 8:30 - 11 p.m. the night before morning flights and between 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. for afternoon flights to confirm weather conditions and last minute directions. Anyone intoxicated will be denied participation. Aer Blarney Balloons, reserves the right to decline a passenger if health, physical sickness or general behavior that may impede the safe operation, or the enjoyment of other passengers. Balloon flights are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with osteoporosis, head back, and leg injuries.  Passengers with health conditions accept the responsibility to consult a medical professional with health considerations before going on a flight. Hot Air Balloon flights are subject to favorable flying conditions. Your pilot reserves the right to cancel or shorten the flight due to weather, flight conditions, or for any safety issue in the pilot's professional judgment. We provide equipment and procedures designed specifically to make your flight as safe and enjoyable as possible. Passengers are required to sign an Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Form. On the day of your flight we will call you at least one hour before our meeting time to give you a final check of the weather conditions and directions to the launch site. Our meeting time for morning flights is approximately 5:30 a.m. in the spring and summer and 6:15 a.m. in fall and winter. For afternoon flights meeting time is a few hours before sunset.
