Aer Blarney Balloons, LLC maintains an FAA Certified Repair Station No. 2B1R453D approved to repair and maintain all major brands of hot air balloons, that meets Part 145 of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations on Aeronautics and Space.
Within our repair station, we employ an experienced team of Part 65 certified repairmen trained to inspect, repair, and certify airworthy all equipment within the parameters of our operation specifications. All maintenance personnel follow precise manufacturer procedures and attend manufacturer specific training.

Aer Blarney Balloons Repair Station voluntarily participates and adheres too and is fully complaint with the FAA / DOT Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program (A449) in our Operations Specifications. We partner with a contracted Third Party Administrator (TPA) to oversee all our random alcohol and drug testing requirements. The TPA acts as an extension of our company to help keep employees safe and compliant.
